This position will work directly with prospective and current residents, helping prospects navigate the rental process while maintaining accurate leasing records and supporting day-to-day community operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can balance sales, administrative, and resident-service responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct property tours and present available units, amenities, pricing, and community features.Respond to prospective resident inquiries and conduct timely follow-ups.Assist with rental applications, lease preparation, and move-in documentation.Maintain accurate prospect and resident records within CRM/property management systems.Assist residents with leasing, renewal, payment, and general property-related inquiries.Support occupancy and retention efforts through proactive leasing and resident engagement.Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to address resident needs.Assist with marketing, resident events, and other onsite administrative activities.Required QualificationsPrevious leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience preferred.BilingualStrong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.Ability to conduct professional property tours and present available units effectively.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with CRM or property management software; Yardi or Entrata preferred.Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is a plus.Knowledge of LIHTC regulations and affordable housing programs is a plus.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an onsite team.BenefitsCompetitive compensation package.Health insurance.Paid time off.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.A collaborative, innovative, and high-performance work environment.
