    • Communicate professionally and positively
    • Take initiative and don't need someone directing your every move
    • Enjoy being part of a team but can confidently own your responsibilities
    • Are comfortable with technology and learning new systems

    What You Bring…

    • Strong customer service and sales skills
    • A friendly, professional, and confident communication style
    • Motivation, organization, and excellent follow-through
    • Sales experience; property management experience is a plus
    • Comfort using Microsoft Office and learning property management software
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Even better if you have: apartment leasing experience, Fair Housing training, NALP certification, Yardi experience, or a background in marketing.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with occasional weekend hours based on leasing needs.

If you're ready to bring your personality, sales skills, and follow-through to a team that values what you contribute, we'd like to meet you!
