Lincoln Professional is seeking experienced and customer-focused Leasing Consultants for immediate temporary opportunities with a premier multifamily community in the Atlanta, GA area.
This is an excellent opportunity for leasing professionals who enjoy building relationships, touring prospective residents, and helping communities achieve occupancy goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
Position Overview
As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents. You will be responsible for conducting property tours, following up on leads, processing applications, assisting residents, and supporting day-to-day leasing office operations.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and via email
Conduct engaging property and apartment tours
Convert leads into qualified applicants and signed leases
Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate prospect records
Process rental applications and leasing paperwork
Maintain knowledge of current pricing, availability, and community amenities
Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
Assist with resident retention initiatives and community events
Coordinate with maintenance and management teams as needed
Support occupancy and leasing goals
Qualifications
Previous multifamily leasing experience preferred
Strong customer service and sales skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with property management software is a plus (Yardi, OneSite, RealPage, AppFolio, Entrata, etc.)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email communication
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Pay Rate: $20-$25 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
Schedule Options
We are currently hiring for two openings:
Position A: Tuesday through Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Position B: Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
