Leasing Consultant – Apartment Community
Location: North Austin
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team! The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping prospective residents find their next home.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents.
- Conduct apartment tours and explain community amenities.
- Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries.
- Process rental applications and lease agreements.
- Maintain resident files and leasing records.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain occupancy goals.
- Assist with resident relations and retention efforts.
- Support marketing and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
