Lincoln Professional is seeking experienced and customer-focused Leasing Consultants for immediate temporary opportunities at Southern Towers, one of Alexandria's largest apartment communities located near Washington, D.C.
This is an excellent opportunity for leasing professionals who enjoy building relationships, showcasing apartment homes, and helping a high-volume community achieve occupancy goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
Position Overview
As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents. You will be responsible for conducting property tours, responding to inquiries, processing applications, assisting residents, and supporting day-to-day leasing office operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents in person, over the phone, and via email
- Conduct engaging property and apartment tours
- Convert leads into qualified applicants and signed leases
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate prospect records
- Process rental applications and leasing documentation
- Maintain knowledge of current pricing, availability, and community amenities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Assist with resident retention initiatives and resident events
- Coordinate with maintenance and management teams as needed
- Support occupancy, leasing, and customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain professional and organized leasing office operations
Qualifications
- Previous multifamily leasing experience preferred
- Strong customer service, sales, and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with property management software preferred (Yardi, OneSite, RealPage, Entrata, AppFolio, etc.)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email communication
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
Pay Rate
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
Schedule Options
We are currently hiring for two openings:
Position A
- Tuesday through Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position B
- Tuesday - Saturday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
