Do you love turning a beautiful home into someone's next chapter? Picture a freshly built or renovated home, ready for its new residents. You're the one who brings it all together, from that first showing to the moment they get their keys. If you love connecting with people, showcasing great homes, and making things happen, this opportunity is for you!
About the Company:
Our client is a single-family residential platform that owns and operates homes across multiple markets. They run a fast-moving operation where every home matters and every resident interaction counts. They are growing their Phoenix field team and looking for a leasing pro who treats each property like their own.
About the Role:
As a Leasing Agent, you are serving homes throughout the Phoenix area. Your mission is simple: be the champion for each home in marketing, from the moment it is ready to list until a resident moves in. You will own the condition of the home, keep the leasing pipeline moving, and make sure every prospect has a great experience.
What You'll Do:
Own the home
- Take ownership of each home's condition from the end of construction or renovation until a resident moves in, through inspections, site visits, and onsite sparkle cleans
- Complete a post-turn visit within 2 days of release from construction to confirm the home is marketable
- Confirm every home has marketing photos, is in acceptable condition to show, and has no access issues
- Track maintenance needs raised by prospects or spotted during property walks
- Meet weekly with the Revenue Management team to review pricing and property concerns
Win the prospect
- Follow up with prospects daily by text, phone, and email
- Communicate with prospects before and after self-tours, and guide them through online portal setup and onboarding
- Troubleshoot self-showing errors and host in-person showings when needed
- Keep the prospect dashboard accurate and current within required timeframes
- Make sure every marketed home is published and syndicated to company-approved third-party sites
- Post homes that have been in marketing longer than 14 days to the MLS, and keep listing statuses updated during the application process
Close the lease
- Finalize lease agreements for your markets within the required timeframe
- Conduct in-person move-in orientations as needed
- Stay in full compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies throughout the leasing process
Show up for the company in the field
- Represent the company in the field for items such as eviction court, eviction lockouts, and utility connections
- Keep your real estate license, required continuing education, and Board of Realtors/MLS membership active
What You Bring:
- An active real estate license in Arizona
- At least 2 years of sales or marketing experience in property management
- A current, valid driver's license
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and in prospect and resident management systems
- Strong organization and time management, with the ability to hit goals and deadlines without sacrificing quality
- A proactive, self-directed, highly motivated approach and a genuine passion for customer service
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment
The Day-to-Day:
- Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend hours
- Regular travel to properties in your region, with a company vehicle provided
Perks:
