Location: Daly City, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Leasing Agent to support the leasing and administrative operations of multiple affordable housing communities in the Daly City area. This role serves as a key point of contact for prospective and current residents, helping to maintain occupancy goals while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate processing of resident files and leasing documentation.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience managing resident interactions, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced property management environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents.
Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
Schedule and conduct leasing appointments and applicant interviews.
Guide applicants through the leasing process and assist with application completion.
Process resident files and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
Maintain organized tenant records and leasing files.
Assist with move-ins, move-outs, transfers, and resident correspondence.
Enter and update resident information in property management systems.
Provide outstanding customer service while addressing resident questions and concerns.
Support occupancy efforts by following up with prospective residents and maintaining applicant waitlists.
Assist management with administrative projects and day-to-day office operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and affordable housing requirements.
Qualifications
Previous experience in leasing, affordable housing, property management, administrative support, or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience processing applications, files, or resident documentation is highly preferred.
Knowledge of affordable housing programs and compliance requirements is a plus.
Professional, reliable, and customer-service oriented.
Utilize fine motor skills for data entry and administrative tasks.
