This is more than a leasing position. You'll play a key role in connecting people with their next home while partnering with the property management team to drive occupancy, deliver outstanding service, and create a welcoming resident experience.

The Opportunity

As a Leasing Agent, you'll guide prospective residents through the leasing process while supporting daily property operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for customer service and sales.

What You'll Do

• Conduct property tours and guide prospective residents through the leasing process

• Prepare leases, renewals, and move-in documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Respond to resident and prospect inquiries by phone, email, and in person

• Assist with marketing initiatives, resident events, and occupancy goals

• Maintain accurate leasing records using property management software

What We're Looking For

• 
  

• Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred

  
  
• 
  

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  
  
• 
  

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  
  
• 
  

• Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, OneSite, or similar property management software is a plus
