    If you’re passionate about affordable housing, resident service, and keeping a community running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to grow your property management career. Prairie Run is a brand-new 135-unit workforce housing community in Hayden, CO currently in lease-up. We’re looking for an Assistant Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment and is excited to help launch a new community.

    What You'll Do:

    • Support day-to-day operations of the community while partnering closely with the Property Manager

    • Lease apartments in compliance with Workforce Housing, Fair Housing, and company policies

    • Conduct tours, manage applications, leases, renewals, and resident follow-up

    • Build strong relationships with residents, prospects, vendors, and community partners by hosting events such as Open Houses

    • Assist with compliance paperwork, annual certifications, and coordination with the Compliance team

    • Manage rent collection activities, resident notices, service requests, and general administrative tasks

    • Support budgeting activities, invoice coding, vendor coordination, and basic financial processes

    • Assist with move-ins, move-outs, evictions, and court-related documentation as needed

    What You'll Bring:

    • Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday schedule through Lease-Up

    • Three or more years of leasing or property management experience

    • Working knowledge of affordable/workforce housing programs and compliance requirements preferred

    • Strong customer service and communication skills

    • Comfort handling administrative tasks, financial processes, and confidential information

    • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Competitive Hourly pay starting at $28 to $31.50/hour
