Lease Payment Analyst

Location: San Jose, CA

Introduction

The Places Finance team is seeking a dedicated professional to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will provide day-to-day finance support for the Places Finance lease portfolio and interact daily with business partners in Real Estate, Lease Accounting, and landlords. The position reports to the Finance Manager of the Places Lease Payments Team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a relevant role; ERP experience and dealing with landlords and third parties
• Lease experience
• Ability to review and process lease invoices in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience in payment processing or accounts payable
• Ability to handle and interpret large data sets
• Experience with performing and reviewing Landlord Reconciliations
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple conflicting priorities
• Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
• Proven financial, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Real Estate experience
• SAP experience

• Provide finance support for the Places Finance lease portfolio

• Review and process lease invoices
