MBA Consulting Services, Inc. (MBA CSi) is seeking an experienced Lease Administrator to support the United States Postal Service (USPS) commercial real estate leasing program in Greensboro, NC or Denver, CO.

If you have a strong background in commercial lease administration, contract management, or real estate operations and enjoy keeping complex transactions moving, this is an opportunity to put your expertise to work on a national scale!

You'll play a key role in managing commercial lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and contract modifications for USPS facilities across the country. Working directly with landlords, attorneys, and USPS stakeholders, you'll help ensure lease transactions are accurate, compliant, and completed on time.

This is more than processing paperwork. You'll help manage critical leasing activities that support one of the nation's most recognized organizations.

    What You'll Do

    • Keep lease transactions moving! Prepare, review, and administer commercial leases, subleases, amendments, renewals, extensions, and terminations.
    • Own the details. Review lease agreements, contracts, and legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
    • Manage critical deadlines. Track lease expiration dates, renewal options, contract milestones, and required documentation.
    • Be the go-to contact. Coordinate with landlords, USPS representatives, attorneys, and internal teams to resolve leasing issues and keep transactions on track.
    • Keep records accurate. Maintain lease databases, tracking systems, contract files, and supporting documentation.
    • Handle multiple priorities. Manage a high volume of lease transactions while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
    • Solve problems. Research lease discrepancies, address contract questions, and recommend practical solutions.
    • Support smarter operations. Prepare lease reports, correspondence, and status updates while identifying opportunities to improve workflows.
    • Ensure compliance. Follow USPS leasing policies, federal requirements, and contractual obligations.
