You Are

A learning technology consultant with a track record of turning complex client challenges into lasting outcomes. At the Manager level, you lead with delivery excellence-running LMS and learning technology workstreams with rigor, developing junior talent, and producing work that earns repeat trust. You're confident engaging senior stakeholders and comfortable operating alongside Managing Directors in high-stakes moments.

Your project portfolio spans learning technology strategy roadmaps, ecosystem advisory, vendor selection, and full-cycle platform implementation. You understand what it takes to move from whiteboard to go-live-and you know how to bring clients along for the journey.

The Work

• Partner with client account teams to diagnose business challenges, define requirements, and translate them into actionable learning technology strategies.
• Lead LMS and learning technology selection engagements, guiding clients through structured evaluation and decision processes.
• Advise clients on learning process best practices in the context of modern LMS and LXP platforms.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to develop and grow the LMS project pipeline.
• Craft compelling proposals, solution configurations, and effort estimates for LMS, LXP, and broader learning tech engagements.
• Review and validate LMS solution designs, providing authoritative guidance on complex configuration and integration challenges.
• Build deep expertise in at least one learning technology domain-LMS, LXP, learning analytics, AI-enabled learning, or emerging skills platforms.
• Lead / coordinate large Learn Tech / LMS / LXP implementations working closely with globally distributed implementation teams

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 50% depending on business need and client requirements.
