Kforce has a client that is seeking a Learning Support Advisor in San Antonio, TX. Summary: The Learning Support Advisor will partner closely with learning leaders, facilitators, learning performance consultants, content managers, business partners, and stakeholders to coordinate training delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring learning events are effectively organized, delivered on time, and aligned with established operational processes, while maintaining a high level of customer service and support for all learning participants. In this role, you will provide comprehensive operational, logistical, and administrative support for training and development programs. Key Tasks:
  • Resourcing and scheduling Learning & Development facilitators and learning spaces to match learning requirements
  • Training scheduling and logistics management
  • Instructor/facilitator and learner support
  • Learning space oversight/management
  • Training delivery and program administration
  • Learning communications
  • Learning management system (LMS) administration and support
  • Training reporting, tracking, metrics, and compliance
  • Support of learning curriculums, facility configurations, learning paths, and ensuring communication of the operational processes with all business partners and customers
  • Scheduling learning events as outlined through the planning and request processes
  • Matching the learning facility capabilities (room size, technology capability, other equipment, configuration, instructor, etc.) with the scheduling requirements
  • Performing both resourcing and/or delivery (preparation) support for Learning & Development teams
  • Building course offerings in and managing Learning Management Systems
  • Maintaining course requirements and process updates to course set up requirements
  • Collaborating with team members and customers to resolve issues and to identify appropriate issues for escalation

Requirements:

  • Learning & Development experience to include administrative, analysis and/or resourcing experience - 2+years
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel - pivot tables, text to column, Macros, etc.) and advanced knowledge of data analysis and associated tools - 2+years
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, dynamic environment - 2+years
  • Workday, Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Must be highly organized and able to multi-task
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot level 1 classroom issues and escalate as needed

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
