Fusion HCR is hiring a Learning Solutions Designer for a leading single-family rental and property management organization. The company operates more than 60,000 rental homes across the United States and is recognized for its strong workplace culture and commitment to responsible growth. This role is ideal for an instructional designer with exceptional video production and editing capabilities. The position is fully onsite in Las Vegas and offers the opportunity to create polished, engaging learning experiences using modern design, authoring, and media tools.Position OverviewFusion HCR is seeking a Learning Solutions Designer to develop high-quality, performance-driven learning content across multiple modalities. The role will simplify complex processes into clear, actionable learning experiences while maintaining brand, governance, and accessibility standards. Video production and learner engagement are the top priorities. The successful candidate will create polished video content, screen recordings, overlays, transitions, and other media assets—not just traditional curriculum. This individual will collaborate with senior team members, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to create scalable learning solutions that support organizational priorities and a clean, modern brand aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging video-based learning content that captures and maintains learner attention.
- Produce and edit screen recordings, incorporating stock video assets when appropriate.
- Build professional intros, outros, overlays, transitions, and other video elements.
- Design learning content across eLearning, instructor-led training, microlearning, blended learning, and simulations.
- Develop scripts, storyboards, graphics, screenshots, training materials, and other learning assets.
- Update existing content to reflect process, system, or business changes.
- Use Canva, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, and AI-enabled tools to create polished deliverables.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate content.
- Incorporate feedback and participate in self-review and peer-review processes.
- Ensure learning solutions meet brand, accessibility, governance, accuracy, and effectiveness standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least three years of recent, hands-on instructional design lifecycle experience in a corporate environment.
- Two to three years of experience designing and developing learning solutions across multiple modalities.
- Strong, demonstrable video production and editing experience.
- Experience creating and editing videos using screen-capture and editing tools such as Camtasia or Adobe Premiere.
- Experience producing video intros, outros, overlays, transitions, and screen recordings.
- Strong proficiency with authoring and design tools.
- Understanding of LMS publishing fundamentals, including SCORM and xAPI.
- Applied knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM, and basic learning evaluation principles.
