    Description

    As the primary conduit to the client, the Learning Program Manager / Account Lead is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by developing and nurturing excellent client relationships, managing client expectations, and achieving the goals established by the client and the organization. This individual resolves client queries, liaises with Operations to secure client resources, helps compile and present project reports and ensures project teams complete workflows within time, budget and quality parameters. This role involves the daily management of all client deliverables for one or more accounts, and must leverage working relationships across the client's team, the internal team, the company and various agencies.

    An Account Lead's primary outputs include:

    • Act as the "connector" between client, internal teams and partners
    • Act as primary liaison with client upper management and maintain positive working relationships to understand customer's goals, objectives, and direction
    • Communicates alignment between projects and account or client-level initiatives, proactively identifies opportunities
    • Demonstrate a holistic understanding of and ability to articulate GP''s profile, offerings, and value proposition for all GP operating groups
    • Proactively develop creative solution proposals based on a thorough understanding of customers' business processes
    • Act as an escalation point for all project related issues and undertake aggressive measures to aid and assist in problem resolution
    • Provides leadership and motivation to the entire administration and delivery team to ensure that the client''s needs are met
    • Partner with a project manager to keep the project team, management and operations informed of project schedules, budget, scope and project risks and takes efforts to manage and minimize project risks
    • Effectively manage multiple priorities
    • Lead and facilitate meetings with internal resources and client meetings
    • Work with subject matter experts to support deliverables

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Clearly and concisely articulate project or program structure and goals

    • Cultivate and nurture new and existing client relationships with the account

    • Communicate understanding of the programs and projects

    • Upon client intake request, draft preliminary budget range, document client's expectation for timing and estimate project resource needs

    • Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are on time, on/under budget and meet/exceed client expectations

    • Maintain visibility to projects and forecast financials as well as obstacles

    • Helps prepare the project team for internal and external team meetings and presentations

    • Lend ad-hoc support to various project teams, as necessary, during project implementation

    • Report feedback, concerns, comments and questions from the client to the project team

    • Travel to and work in the company's office to attend meetings or travel to the client's office for meetings

    • Travel to support off-site events that the team has created content for

    • Manage a few direct reports

    • Continuous education regarding learning and development industry trends

    Experience

    • Working in the automotive industry, working with dealerships and the Field organization are a plus
    • Working directly with multiple clients for more than 2 years required
    • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline preferred
    • Microsoft Office Suite including MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint required

    General Physical Requirements

    • Light Work- Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Light work involves sitting most of the time.

    • Physical Activities-Reaching, sitting, driving, standing, stooping, lifting, walking, typing, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.

    • Visual Acuity-Close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data, view computer monitors, and read.

    • Requires visual acuity to view surroundings and identify potential hazards to safety while performing essential functions of the job. May need to view presentation screens and other visual aids in a classroom or other client setting.

    • Visual acuity to operate a motor vehicle.

    • General working Conditions-Both indoor and outdoor environmental conditions.
