About the Opportunity

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist for a hybrid opportunity in Duluth, Georgia. This role is ideal for professionals with strong financial and operational experience who enjoy working at the intersection of budgeting, vendor management, procurement, contracts, and reporting.

While this position supports a Learning & Development team, prior L&D experience is not required. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial operations, forecasting, contract administration, and cross-functional coordination while supporting learning systems and operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and ongoing financial tracking for learning programs and initiatives

• Monitor spending, reconcile invoices, track purchase orders, and support budget planning activities

• Coordinate vendor relationships, contract renewals, and performance tracking

• Support procurement activities, including requisition submissions, purchase order follow-up, and approval workflows

• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution

• Administer and support learning technology platforms, including Workday Learning and other learning systems

• Maintain software licenses, subscriptions, and vendor records

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, trackers, and operational metrics

• Support learning operations projects and process improvement initiatives

• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures

• Ensure accuracy and compliance across budgets, contracts, invoices, and operational records

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience

• Experience in finance support, business operations, procurement, vendor management, learning operations, or a related field

• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking experience

• Experience managing vendors, contracts, invoices, and procurement processes

• Ability to analyze data and prepare operational reports and dashboards

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across teams

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Learning or other Learning Management Systems (LMS)

• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning

• Advanced Excel skills

• Power BI reporting experience

• SharePoint experience

• Project coordination or project support experience

• Experience evaluating vendor performance and ROI
