    Description

    The Learning Operations Analyst is responsible for optimizing the organization’s learning ecosystem and supporting enterprise learning initiatives through effective system administration, data analysis, content management, and process improvement. This role serves as a partner to HR and business stakeholders throughout the organization by ensuring seamless learner experience, leveraging learning data to drive informed decisions, and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Serve as the system owner for the Dayforce LMS, driving platform optimization, governance, user experience enhancements, system support and adoption strategies
    • Import, organize, and maintain learning content and catalogs; map content to competency frameworks and learning paths; including the creation of learning libraries for specific areas (i.e. Engineering Learning Library)
    • Identify opportunities to streamline learning operations through automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives.
    • Partner with learning vendors and internal stakeholders to evaluate, implement, and optimize system enhancements, integrations, and new learning solutions
    • Maintain accurate learner records, certifications, and training completions; ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and HR partners on learning content curation, deployment, and reporting needs.
    • Analyze learning data and develop actionable insights and reporting that support workforce development, compliance, and business objectives
    • Manage the centralized learning mailbox, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries, support requests and learning-related communication
    • Monitor emerging learning trends and recommend innovations that improve learner engagement and operational effectiveness.
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of similar experience, with strong focus on LMS administration and L&D operations.
    • Experience managing third-party learning content providers and learning libraries within an LMS, including content integration, governance, catalog optimization, and learner engagement support.
    • Experience with learning technologies and tools, such as Adobe Captivate or Scribe.
    • Understanding of instructional design principles and SCORM/AICC/xAPI file formats.
    • Meticulous attention to detail for ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and compliance.
    • Strong technical aptitude with Microsoft suite and various reporting tools; Power BI experience a plus.
    • Ability to proactively identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
    • Professional verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, including senior leadership.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks while ensuring all customer groups receive timely attention; strong time management skills.
    • Self-starter who is driven to stay current on learning technology and industry trends, and can thrive both independently and as part of a team.
    • Analytical, organized, and detail oriented.
