Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator

In compliance with Colorados Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role $95,000 to $105,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location, and often contractual requirements. Must have knowledge of effective teaching methodologies especially regarding an adult student audience and active learning methods.

Faculty Development

Position Details

Responsible for creating and leading a formal faculty development program including military and contract instructors. Must have knowledge of effective teaching methodologies especially regarding an adult student audience and active learning methods.

Duties

• Thoroughly research teaching methodologies to assist instructors with incorporating effective practices into their instruction
• Observe instructors in class and provide feedback on areas of strength and suggestions for areas to improve/build
• Provide training sessions to instructors and staff on various topics related to education
• Assist instructors in designing active learning modules for their courses
• Expanded duties as program develops
