About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer to create and manage engaging learning solutions supporting Compliance initiatives. This role will develop eLearning, microlearning, videos, multimedia content, and learning communications while partnering with Compliance, Legal, HR, IT, and SMEs.
Responsibilities:
- Designs and develops eLearning, microlearning, video, and performance-support materials.
- Manages annual compliance training programs and learning campaigns.
- Translates complex policies and compliance requirements into engaging learning experiences.
- Creates storyboards, scripts, assessments, graphics, animations, and multimedia assets.
- Manages multiple projects, stakeholders, reviews, approvals, and deployments.
- Supports translation/localization and multilingual learning delivery.
- Partners with LMS/technical teams on publishing, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
NOTE: Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents (Green Card holders) to be considered for this position.
Job Type: Full-time, 9-months contract with possible extension

Work Set Up/Schedule: Hybrid - 2 days onsite in Marlborough, MA01752 (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and 3 days remote.
Qualifications:
- Instructional/Learning Experience Design or corporate training experience.
- Experience developing eLearning, microlearning, video, and multimedia content.
- Translation/localization experience.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with compliance, ethics, legal, risk, or policy training.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
