    Description

At Amazon, our goal is to exceed the expectations of customers by ensuring that their orders are delivered where and when they need them, as quickly, accurately, and cost efficiently as possible. To meet this goal, Amazon is continually striving to innovate and provide best in class service through the introduction of pioneering new products and services in the last mile delivery space, including the continuous innovation and expansion of Amazon Flex program. Amazon Flex works directly with independent contractors - called delivery partners - to make deliveries to our customers.

Are you passionate about creating engaging learning experiences at a global scale? We"re looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join our Worldwide Learning team within Amazon Flex. In this role, you"ll design and deliver interactive learning experiences that help delivery partners onboard faster, deliver safely, and succeed across 9+ countries. You"ll be a hands-on builder - authoring compelling content end-to-end from needs assessment through design, development, localization, and launch while partnering closely with business stakeholders. You"ll contribute to the team"s quality bar and help advance AI-powered content workflows, immersive formats, and scalable design systems. Your work will directly impact the experience of delivery partners and Amazon customers worldwide.

We"re a high-output global team where every person has outsized impact. We value craft, speed, and collaboration, working closely with marketing, product, operations, and regional partners. Our content reaches hundreds of thousands of people on their phones, in multiple languages. We"re investing in AI-powered workflows, immersive formats, and personalized delivery. You"ll help build the future of how gig workers learn. If you want creative ownership, hands-on impact, and global scale, this is the team.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of interactive learning assets, experience delivering content across multiple stakeholders, and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where they identify problems and ship high-quality solutions.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Design and build interactive e-learning using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, contributing to reusable templates, design patterns, and quality standards that scale across the team
    • Author, update, and maintain a global library of learning articles, videos, and structured learning paths serving delivery partners across 9+ countries
    • Support video content production - scripting, storyboarding, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring brand consistency across countries and languages
    • Apply generative AI tools for content creation across scripting, visual asset generation, translation, and quality review
    • Create visual assets and contribute to component libraries and brand systems that ensure consistency across interactive and video content
    • Manage projects end-to-end: define scope, track milestones, coordinate dependencies, and deliver results on time
    • Adapt content for global scale - supporting localization workflows and culturally adaptive design that maintains instructional integrity across languages and regions
    • Design for a mobile-first, multilingual audience with accessibility built into every interaction
    • Analyze learner metrics to identify improvement opportunities and present data-driven recommendations connecting learning outcomes to business results
    • Partner with product, marketing, operations, and regional teams - representing the learner perspective and aligning learning work with business priorities

    A day in the life

Your morning might start reviewing learning inputs, outputs, and impact metrics data across countries to prioritize content decisions and investments. Mid-morning, you"re in Storyline building a scenario-based module based on cross-functional launch requirements. After lunch, you"re in a strategy session with marketing, product, and operations partners scoping learning needs for a new use case, then wrapping up with creative review on a video storyboard headed to production.

    About Company

At Amazon, we don’t wait for the next big idea to present itself. We envision the shape of impossible things and then we boldly make them reality. So far, this mindset has helped us achieve some incredible things. Let’s build new systems, challenge the status quo, and design the world we want to live in. We believe the work you do here will be the best work of your life.

Wherever you are in your career exploration, Amazon likely has an opportunity for you. Our research scientists and engineers shape the future of natural language understanding with Alexa. Fulfillment center associates around the globe send customer orders from our warehouses to doorsteps. Product managers set feature requirements, strategy, and marketing messages for brand new customer experiences. And as we grow, we’ll add jobs that haven’t been invented yet.

    It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter here

    Our Leadership Principles
Our Leadership Principles help us keep a Day 1 mentality. They aren’t just a pretty inspirational wall hanging. Amazonians use them, every day, whether they’re discussing ideas for new projects, deciding on the best solution for a customer’s problem, or interviewing candidates.
