POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Learning & Engagement Specialist helps build a knowledgeable, capable, and engaged workforce across the agency. This position designs and delivers professional development, compliance, and skills-based training through in-person, virtual, and asynchronous learning formats.
The Specialist serves as an agency instructor for Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) and Safe Crisis Management (SCM), providing initial, refresher, and booster training to promote safe and therapeutic environments for staff and youth. The position also partners with Human Resources and organizational leadership to identify learning needs, support staff development, monitor compliance, and strengthen onboarding and training practices.
This is a collaborative role for an engaging facilitator who enjoys building relationships, developing others, and making a meaningful impact across the organization.
