Position Summary
Washington Regional is seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist / Clinical Educator to support the development, delivery, and evaluation of educational programs across the healthcare system. This role serves as a key Hospital Educator, providing Clinical Instruction and workforce development opportunities for clinical and non-clinical staff while supporting organizational excellence, regulatory readiness, and patient safety initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare education, staff development, curriculum design, simulation-based learning, and training delivery. Experience as an Epic Trainer is highly desired.
