Responsible for assisting in the implementation of learning and development (L&D) programs and offerings which align with organizational goals and increase performance and capabilities. Actively participates in the delivery, planning and coordination of enterprise wide L&D curriculum.
Bachelor's degree with a major in Education, Communications or Organizational Development highly preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year prior experience (preferably in the financial services industry) in establishing L&D needs and following through with the design, development, delivery, and program effectiveness evaluations preferred.
Strong project management, organizational development and strategic planning skills; proven effective verbal and written communication, facilitation, organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to deliver learning strategies using multiple approaches in the design, development, and delivery of L&D programs; The ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment; strong teamwork and relationship building skills and flexibility in working hours.
