- Create and update training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Support onboarding initiatives to help new hires integrate successfully.

Profile
A successful L&D Specialist should have:
- Prior experience at a recruitment agency.
- Ability to go onsite 3-4 days a week.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Knowledge of current trends and tools in learning and development.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Adaptability to work with different learning styles and technologies.
