Job Description:
- Location and/or time zone and expected work schedule: WHQ, M-F biz hrs.; remote Fri need someone with flexible hours- could be 7am start some days

- Team details & who they will work with: Will work L & D ops (team is 5 FTE s and 2 ETW s) work closely with facilitation team

Software Requirements
- LMS experience (Workday Learning is preferred)

Who We're Looking For
The Learning & Development Operations Coordinator supports the program delivery and administration of programs and experiences that reflect the client s culture and inspire connection. The ideal individual is comfortable owning repeatable, day-to-day operational activities, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for learners and partners.
- 2 years of experience in operations, event planning & coordination, or a related field
- Bachelor s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or related field.
- Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Confident using technology and communication tools, including Workday Learning, Campaign Monitor, Airtable, and ServiceNow, as part of daily work
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Team player who builds & maintains trusted, productive working relationships with stakeholders & partners.
What You Will Work On:
You ll execute the day-to-day operations that bring the client s learning programs to life. Your work ensures programs are delivered smoothly and consistently.
- Coordinates and supports delivery of learning experiences
- Coordinate event planning logistics, including room booking, catering requests, A/V needs, & room set up
- Collects, validates, and maintains content and participant data in Workday Learning
- Executes session communications to facilitators and participants through Campaign Monitor
- Maintains accurate program data in Airtable
- Monitors & responds to employee requests through ServiceNow
- Resolves routine administrative issues & escalates risks appropriately
- Supports finance and vendor administration activities, including invoicing & new purchase orders
