Kforce has a client that is seeking a Learning & Development Data Manager in Tampa, FL. Summary: We are seeking a Learning & Development Data Manager to lead data management, reporting, and analytics efforts supporting the organization's learning and training initiatives. This role is responsible for managing learning data across systems, developing reporting dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights that measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with Learning & Development expertise and experience managing data within Learning Management Systems (LMS). Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain learning data across LMS platforms and related systems
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to track training completion, engagement, and effectiveness
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across learning systems
  • Partner with L&D, HR, and business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and key metrics
  • Analyze learning trends and provide insights to support program improvements
  • Support compliance tracking and reporting for required training programs
  • Manage system configurations, integrations, and data feeds related to learning platforms
  • Develop standardized reporting templates and automate recurring reports
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve reporting issues
  • Support audits and data requests related to learning and training programs
  • Identify opportunities to improve data governance and reporting processes
  • Present learning analytics and performance insights to leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR Analytics, or Data Management
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar)
  • Experience supporting compliance or regulatory training reporting
  • SQL or data query experience
  • Experience in a corporate or professional services environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
