Learning Design Project Manager

This role partners with stakeholders, learning consultants, subject matter experts, and operations teams to create effective learning experiences across live, virtual, and digital formats. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop effective solutions
• Create high-level and detailed learning designs, including learning objectives, instructional strategies, activities, and assessments
• Design and develop content for instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning experiences
• Apply adult learning principles, design thinking, and learner-centered approaches throughout the development process
• Manage stakeholder and subject matter expert review cycles and incorporate feedback
• Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, presentations, job aids, and other learning resources
• Support planning and execution of live and virtual learning events
• Create show flows, facilitation materials, and rehearsal plans as needed
• Ensure learning materials meet accessibility, quality, compliance, and organizational standards
• Incorporate learning technologies and innovative tools into program design and delivery
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations
• Support continuous improvement by evaluating learning effectiveness and identifying opportunities to enhance programs

Requirements:

• High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, training development, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience developing learning content across live, virtual, and digital formats
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and review processes
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional services or consulting experience
• Experience managing or mentoring learning professionals
• Experience with learning technologies and digital learning tools
• Experience supporting large-scale learning programs or enterprise initiatives
• Prior large professional services firm experience
