Responsibilities:
The Learning Design & Impact Specialist, reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning & Development, ensures the application of instructional design best practices across MJHS Academy, guiding the development of learning solutions that align with adult learning principles and enable measurable outcomes.
This individual is also responsible for executing the organization's learning measurement and evaluation approach, applying frameworks such as Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation, Phillips's and supporting ROI analysis.
1) Responsibility: Instructional Design
ensuring alignment to business outcomes and learner needs
content structure, and learning approaches
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education, human resources or related field required. Experience in needs analysis and instructional design required.
Additional education/training in learning theory and methodology preferred.
Must possess a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in L&D including:
Experience in instructional design/content development (required)
Hands-on experience in learning evaluation and measurement (required)
Experience facilitating training (required) in a corporate setting
A broad general knowledge and understanding of learning theories, facilitation and training skills.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of learning measurement and evaluation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Computer, technology, literacy.
