    Key Responsibilities 

    As our Learning & Development Manager, you'll play an integral role in supporting employee success by: 

    • Designing, developing, facilitating, and evaluating instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs using adult learning principles. 
    • Facilitate New Employee Orientation, leadership development, compliance, and other organizational learning programs.
    • Develop and maintain curriculum, facilitator guides, participant materials, PowerPoint presentations, job aids, and other learning resources.
    • Partner with subject matter experts and operational leaders to ensure learning content remains current, relevant, and aligned with organizational priorities.
    • Lead assigned learning and workforce development initiatives from planning through implementation and evaluation.
    • Administer learning technologies, including the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate assignments, reporting, and record maintenance.
    • Monitor organizational training compliance and collaborate with leaders to address training needs.
    • Partners with the Clinical Education & Psychology team to expand organizational learning opportunities, foster collaboration, and support integrated workdforce development initiatives.
    Qualifications 
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Adult Learning, Business, Psychology, Behavioral Health, or a related field required.
    • Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in Learning & Development, Workforce Development, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Training, or a related field.
    • Experience designing and facilitating instructor-led training for adult learners.
    • Experience developing curriculum, presentations, facilitator guides, and learning resources.
    • Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS), preferably Relias.
    • Healthcare, behavioral health, or human services experience preferred.
