- 3-6 years of experience in learning operations, registration/enrollment operations, HR/shared services, customer support, or similar operations roles.
- Experience managing learning/event registrations end-to-end, including manual enrollments, changes, cancellations, and exceptions.
- Hands-on working knowledge of learning/event systems and collaboration tools (My Learning, SharePoint, Boeing Events App or equivalent platforms).
- Ability to interpret workflows/system set-up to troubleshoot issues, maintain event accuracy, and prevent defects through proactive checks.
- Reporting capability: preparing weekly enrollment reports and other ad-hoc reporting; proficiency in Excel preferred.
Base Salary Range : $60,000 to $80,000 Per Annum
