    You will:

    • Run multiple assembly machines in secondary operations by following clear operator instructions.
    • Apply Lean Manufacturing methods and take an active role on the Elimination of Waste Team Program.
    • Perform visual inspections and gauge checks to the Control Plan and Quality check sheet.
    • Take ownership for the quality of parts from your work cell and escalate defects to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
    • Keep equipment and workspaces safe and orderly with strong 5S discipline.
    • Meet the demands of a high-volume automotive line without compromising standards.
    • Complete daily paperwork accurately: production reports, PPLH, scrap reports, and the 5S housekeeping sheet.
    • Scan and print SAP product labels; utilize SAP handheld scanners and printers.
    • Serve as a wastewater handler after completing the appropriate environmental training.
    • Support the company’s goals and objectives.
    • Carry out additional tasks as directed by the General Production Supervisor or Team Leader.

    You bring:

    • Ability to use a computer and workplace technology including SAP handheld scanners, calculators, and printers.
    • Familiarity with IATF16949, ISO 14001, and Q1 requirements.

    Education

    High school diploma or GED.
