Job Description

Lead all production and operational activities within the value stream to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets. Manage staffing, resource allocation, capacity planning, and production priorities to meet customer demand. Ensure execution of production schedules while identifying and resolving operational constraints. Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and frontline team members to build a high-performing organization. Foster a culture centered on accountability, teamwork, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. Drive Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives to improve performance and eliminate waste. Utilize operational metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and achieve business objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams to optimize results. Maintain accountability for key performance indicators including safety, quality, on-time delivery, productivity, cost, inventory, and employee engagement.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related discipline preferred. 5+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Experience leading supervisors and developing high-performing production teams. Proven track record of improving operational performance through Lean or continuous improvement methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Experience within aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
