Job TitleLead operational excellence initiatives across the organizationJob DescriptionLead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Facilitate Kaizen events and value stream mapping exercises. Analyze production data and identify process improvement opportunities. Implement waste reduction and cost savings projects. Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics. Train employees on Lean tools and methodologies. Support 5S, standard work, and visual management programs. Partner with operations and engineering teams to drive improvements. Experience leading improvement projects in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools. Strong analytical and project management skills.
