    Job Description: Join our Central Services Business Technology Solutions team, the backbone of our operations, as a Technical Solutions Analyst. You'll act as a trusted advisor, supporting our diverse portfolio of applications supporting drawing management/CAD, mail and delivery services, facilities, and cafeteria/food services. This client-facing role requires collaboration with diverse stakeholders and vendors.

    Responsibilities include the following:

    Serve as the primary contact for assigned technologies.

    Ensure the health of assigned production applications.

    Manage the rollout of global programs for commissioning & qualification at our manufacturing sites.

    Improve customer experience and real-time data usage for site operations.

    Understand and enhance business processes and strategies across multiple business units.

    Investigate existing systems and industry technologies; develop integrated information management strategies.

    Comply with Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.

    Seek strategic business opportunities for technology application; provide strategic analyses and insights.

    Ensure alignment between business strategies and technology directions.

    Make recommendations for process improvement objectives.

    Develop business relationships; coordinate portfolio of solutions.

    Manage conflicts, risks, and issues; keep stakeholders informed.

    Oversee a significant area of work, including technical, financial, and quality aspects.



    Qualifications:

    Bachelor s Degree with 10 years experience, or master's degree with 8 years of experience

    Hands-on experience managing global products and applications, ideally in a GxP or critical infrastructure environment

    Previous experience supporting GxP applications, on business intelligence programs or data engineering.

    Project management experience in agile or waterfall environments.

    Experience in managing the work assignments of contractors or direct reports.

    Excellent communication skills.
