Temp – Leadership – Director of Rehab
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced rehabilitation leader to supervise and support the rehab team across all disciplines while ensuring effective clinical operations and quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support OT, PT, SLP, and other rehab team members.
- Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently.
- Lead and participate in facility and management meetings.
- Assist with developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with screening, documentation, and chart audit requirements.
- Ensure staff follow policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with facility and upper management to achieve rehab goals and maintain quality care.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of OT, SLP, or PT experience.
- LTC or rehab experience required.
- Active Texas license required; compact license accepted.
Additional Details:
- 8 - hour NBO.
- Overtime/holiday pay: 1.25x.
