Leadership & Client Development Specialist

Are you a natural leader who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and seeing others succeed?

We're looking for motivated individuals with strong customer service, communication, coaching, or leadership skills who are interested in developing a career in the travel industry.

You'll begin by learning the travel side of the business, including assisting clients with vacation planning, answering questions, providing professional customer service, developing destination and supplier knowledge, and learning the tools used throughout the planning process.

Building a strong foundation in client service comes first. As you gain experience and confidence, you'll also have opportunities to use your leadership skills to encourage, mentor, and support others as they develop.

Previous travel experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
