    Leadership Assistant

    Primary Responsibilities:

    AdministrativeLeadershipSupport 

    • Provide administrative support to theBusiness Unit Leadership Team (BULT) for the Dallas Operation.
    • Assess andidentifyopportunities to remove administrativeandprocess-orientedtasksfrom the team anddevelop new tools or processes tohelp support and drive efficiencies.
    • Activelyanticipateneeds and proactivelyprepare for various meetingsandactivities;coordinate appointmentlogistics,meeting spaces, preparematerials and presentations in support of meetingsand/or presentations.
    • Facilitate professional and consistent communicationwith all necessary teams, both internalandexternal, includingbusiness-unit wide employeeinformation.
    • Manage andmaintaincomplex calendarsacross the teamandprioritize meeting requests.
    • Create andmaintainorganized meeting minutes, assign and follow up on action items, and communicatetothe team.
    • Monitor programand project status, budgets, and timetables.
    • Prepare andprocessesexpense reports,coordinate travel arrangements,and itineraries.
    • Perform ad hoc duties as requested.

    EventManagement

    • Partner withPeoplePracticesteamand the BULT toplanand oversee the execution of annual, quarterly, and on-going events thatdrive engagementand align with the DPR culture that fostersa sense ofbelonging.

    • Serve as the primary point of contactfor Dallas eventsand activitiesoverseeing eventplanning,coordination andthe executionofa variety of events including employee meetings(on and off-site), leadership retreats, recognition programs,training programs,celebrations, community involvement activities, and business unit gatheringswithstrongsupport and assistancefrom theOffice Coordinator.

    • Proactively develop annual / quarterly / monthly event schedule, develop andmanage detailed event plans, timelines, budgets,andcommunicationsincluding the creation / distributionofmaterialsto effectively communicate and promote. 

    Qualifications:

    • 5+yearsexperiencesupporting senior leaders.

    • 2+years experienceplanning and coordinating office events.

    • Professional written and verbal communicationwithabilityto.

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams,etc)

    • Intermediate toadvancedskills in PowerPoint, and Canva. 

    • Exceptional attention to detailand strongorganizational and time management skills.

    • Ability toproblem solve, ask questions, identifyissues.

    • Ability to work independently and take ownership ofroleand responsibilities.

    • Ability to remain flexible in the face of changing deadlinesand priorities andlogistical challenges. 

    • Ability tomaintaindiscretion and strict confidentiality.

    • Ability toanticipateneeds and showa high levelof initiative.

    • Experience working in an A/E/Cindustrya plus.

    • Must be able to travel by car to off-site company events and retreat locations as needed.
