    Innovation Senior Living is seeking a full-time Lead Wellness Associate to support resident care under the supervision of the Wellness Director. This role assists residents with activities of daily living, medication support, documentation, emergency response, and resident safety. The Lead Wellness Associate also helps with staff training, scheduling support, dining room assistance, light housekeeping coordination, on-call rotation, and maintaining compliance with company policies, HIPAA, safety procedures, and resident rights.

    The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, team-oriented, and able to respond promptly to resident needs while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a safe, supportive environment. Hours and days may vary based on community needs, including special events and holidays.

    Qualifications:

    • Current hands-on CPR Certification.
    • Must have a clear background screening.
    • Must have reliable transportation.
    • Must be able to speak, read and write English
