About the Role:
Enviro Professional Response is looking for an experienced and driven Lead Water Mitigation Technician to join our team in Savannah, GA. Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee water mitigation projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, and moisture mapping using industry-standard equipment
- Set up and monitor dehumidifiers, air movers, and other drying equipment on job sites
- Document job progress with photos, moisture readings, and detailed daily reports
- Communicate professionally with property owners, adjusters, and project managers throughout the restoration process
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior technicians on proper mitigation techniques and safety protocols
- Identify and escalate potential mold, sewage, or structural concerns to project management
Requirements:- 2+ years of hands-on water mitigation or restoration experience preferred
- IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with drying equipment, moisture meters, and thermal imaging tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a crew on multiple job sites
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in high-stress situations
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, crawling, and working in confined spaces
- Availability for on-call and emergency response shifts, including nights and weekends
