Lead Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Receiving) to support daily warehouse operations for a high volume company located in
Miami, FL. This role includes basic warehouse functions along with support across order processing, shipping coordination, and end-of-day activities.
Responsibilities:- Assist with shipping and receiving operations.
- Operate forklift to move, load, and organize materials.
- Support order picking and packing as needed.
- Review and inspect orders for accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers for deliveries and pickups.
- Generate shipping reports, print pick tickets, and prepare labels.
- Assign and prioritize orders for order pickers.
- Load PODs and related documentation into the system.
- Assist with end-of-day reconciliation processes.
Requirements/Education:- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
- Lead experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of shipping and receiving processes.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a warehouse setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Forklift experience required.
