Pay: $20-$21/hour
Shifts Available:
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Training Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What You'll Do
Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, picking, and shipping
Supervise, train, and support warehouse team members
Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Assign work priorities and support scheduling needs
Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA standards
Partner with other departments to improve workflow and productivity
Requirements
3-5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in manufacturing
Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
Experience with WMS, ERP systems, and RF scanners
Forklift experience or certification
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible for overtime, weekends, and shift changes as needed
