Description
Falls Road Veterinary Hospital is looking for a full-time LeadVeterinary Technician to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Potomac, MD.
About You
You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care while serving as a lead resource for the team during your shift. Your impact will range from hands-on patient care, outpatient treatments, and laboratory testing, to coordinating daily workflows, supporting fellow team members, and partnering closely with hospital leadership to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.

Your Experience & Skills
· Minimum 3 years of clinical veterinary experience as a Veterinary Technician (direct patient care)
· CVT/RVT/LVT (active and current) strongly preferred
· Superior/advanced technical skills
· Has 2 years of supervisory/ leadership experience (in a veterinary clinic setting) preferred
· Has strong anesthesia skills (Able to obtain Blood pressure, ECG, Sp02, and ETC02 and integrate clinical signs with disease processes to assist doctors in early and appropriate intervention of patient care)
· Possesses a positive work attitude
· Self-motivated
· Excellent leadership, communication and organization skills

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $24 – $28 / hour. The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
