warm, confident, emotionally intelligent Treatment Coordinator to guide our patients through a concierge-level journey from first hello to treatment start.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome every new patient with warmth, confidence, and genuine hospitality
- Own the full-circle new patient experience — from initial contact to treatment start and beyond
- Build trust and connection while clearly communicating treatment value and outcomes
- Present financial options in a supportive, professional, and confidence-building way
- Coordinate logistics smoothly and proactively (scheduling, follow-ups, communication, etc.)
- Support a fast-moving, growth-oriented team with positive energy and professionalism
- Deliver concierge-style service that makes patients feel cared for, heard, and valued
