    About the Role:
    The Learning Experience - Cedar Park is looking for a passionate and nurturing Lead Toddler Teacher to join their growing team in Cedar Park, TX! In this role, you'll shape the early learning journey of our youngest learners, creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally rich classroom environment. If you love working with toddlers and are ready to make a lasting impact, we want to hear from you!


    Responsibilities:
    • Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily lesson plans for toddler-aged children
    • Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that supports social-emotional development
    • Supervise and guide assistant teachers and classroom aides
    • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child progress and daily activities
    • Maintain accurate developmental records, assessments, and documentation for each child
    • Ensure classroom health, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
    • Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members
    Requirements:
    • Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
    • Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
    • Strong classroom management and leadership skills
    • Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children
    • Ability to meet state licensing requirements for childcare professionals in Texas

    Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
