Co-Lead Three Year Old Teacher
Do you enjoy helping young children learn through play, build confidence, and discover the world around them? Little Endeavors Learning Center is looking for a caring, dependable Co-Lead Teacher to join our three-year-old classroom team.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the classroom lead to create a warm, safe, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and feel supported.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the lead teacher to plan and carry out age-appropriate activities and routines.
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and early learning development.
- Supervise children and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom.
- Help guide children through daily routines, including meals, toileting, rest time, and transitions.
- Communicate respectfully with families and coworkers.
- Follow center policies and applicable childcare licensing requirements.
- Assist with classroom organization, preparation, and cleaning.
Qualifications
- A caring and patient approach with young children.
- Dependability, teamwork, and clear communication skills.
- Ability to actively supervise and engage with children throughout the day.
- Childcare experience preferred.
- Must meet applicable Iowa childcare licensing requirements.
