Military experience that may translate well: motor transport, equipment operation, construction, engineering, logistics, maintenance, aviation maintenance, heavy equipment, combat arms or other hands-on technical specialties. We will train the right person on sealcoating, pavement striping, crack sealing, equipment operation and our field technology.

We're a new veteran-owned pavement maintenance company serving Middle Tennessee and are looking for a dependable Lead Technician to join our field crew.


No pavement-maintenance experience required. We will train the right person on sealcoating, pavement striping, crack sealing, equipment operation and our field technology.

What we're looking for:

•  Military veterans strongly encouraged to apply 
•  Valid driver's license and good driving record 
•  Comfortable driving a truck while pulling a trailer 
•  Mechanically inclined 
•  Comfortable working outdoors in hot weather 
•  Dependable and willing to work hard 
•  Able to operate equipment safely 
•  Comfortable leading a small field crew 
•  Willing to learn new technology
