Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Lead Technician to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma
5+ years of experience in security system installation (CCTV, access control, intrusion systems)
Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
Proven experience leading or supervising field technicians or installation teams
Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems, wiring standards, and industry best practices
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience coordinating multiple projects and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Manufacturer Certifications (i.e. Lenel, AMAG, SWH, Genetec, Avigilon, Hanwha, Axis)
Manufacturer Certifications (i.e. Lenel, AMAG, SWH, Genetec, Avigilon, Hanwha, Axis)
Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA compliance
Compensation - starting in the $30s+/hour, commensurate with experience
