• Must be available to work flexible daytime and evening hours
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed
• Strong communication and leadership potential
• Previous experience in power washing, construction, maintenance, landscaping, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn team leadership and project oversight responsibilities
• Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings

Lead Technician Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial power washing and exterior cleaning projects
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety procedures and job site requirements
• Travel to customer job sites as assigned
• Assist with equipment setup, operation, and cleanup
• Coordinate with team members to complete projects on schedule
• Participate in training to develop leadership and project management skills
• Oversee crew activities and ensure quality standards are met as responsibilities increase
