3+ years of combined experience in facilities maintenance, HVAC, and coordination/customer service.
Proven handyman skills including patching/painting, light carpentry, plumbing, and general repairs.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Proficiency with Google Suite and Google products.
Validated professional verbal and written communication skills.
Familiar and comfortable making outbound calls.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and work orders.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
Proactive, "can-do" attitude with a strong eye for detail.
Must be punctual and trustworthy.
Ability to interface effectively with facility managers, engineering, contractors, and vendors.
Must meet requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable).
Perform a variety of handyman duties including:
Patching and painting walls.
Installing corner guards and kick plates.
Ceiling tile replacement.
Basic carpentry repairs as needed.
Replacing/repairing carpet.
Hanging/installing pictures, electronics, and anchors.
Door repairs, including repairing/replacing door handles and adjusting door closures.
Exterior pressure washing.
Dusting and general cleaning.
Basic plumbing repairs: unclogging toilets/sinks, replacing flush sensors, replacing faucets.
Support engineering as needed, including replacing HVAC filters, lighting, restocking supplies, and managing equipment inventory.
Perform site inspections (daily/weekly/monthly) to ensure buildings meet client service level agreements (SLAs).
Engage with building occupants on repairs and ticket updates.
Vendor escort as needed.
Support event setup and furniture move requests as needed.
