    IDR is seeking a Lead Technical Project Manager to join one of our top clients in Plano, TX. This role is pivotal in overseeing the installation, commissioning, testing, and delivery of technology components for corporate office buildouts and refresh projects.     Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Lead Technical Project Manager:

    • Lead and coordinate technology deployments, including telecom, structured cabling, network infrastructure, AV, and end-user technology.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with internal IT and external vendors.

    • Utilize project tracking tools like ServiceNow SPM to manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

    • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and change management.

    • Provide regular project status updates and proactively address any roadblocks.

    Required Skills for Lead Technical Project Manager:

    • 8-10 years of experience in technology project or program management, particularly in corporate office buildouts or infrastructure deployments.

    • Strong understanding of network infrastructure and enterprise office technology environments.

    • Experience coordinating with telecom providers, construction vendors, and internal IT teams.

    • Proficiency with project tracking tools; ServiceNow SPM is preferred.

    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
